The Philadelphia Eagles listed Lane Johnson on their inactive report heading into Sunday's game against the Kansas City Chiefs, listing the issue as a personal matter. Johnson, who has started every game for the Eagles this year, was a surprise inactive after participating in practice all week.

With Johnson out, Philadelphia will turn to Jack Driscoll at right tackle. Driscoll was projected to start at right guard after being activated off injured reserve but moved to tackle with Johnson out. Nate Herbig will get the start at right guard as Landon Dickerson moves over to left guard.

The Eagles are without four of their starting five offensive lineman from Week 1. Left tackle Jordan Mailata (knee) has missed two consecutive games and left guard Isaac Seumalo (foot) is out for the year. Right guard Brandon Brooks (pectoral) is on injured reserve. Center Jason Kelce has started 108 consecutive games, the longest streak amongst active NFL centers.

Philadelphia has started three different offensive line combinations in four games, one year after starting 14 combinations in 16 games -- the most in the NFL.
